The lower floor contains a beautifully-appointed living room with dining nook for eight persons, a balcony, a modern dishwasher-equipped kitchen and a toilet. There is a Nespresso coffee machine (the small capsules) available, the capsules are obtainable in the village shop Volg. The internal staircase to the upper level provides access to a hall area with a small balcony, and the three bedrooms. One of these has its own en suite bathroom. There is a shared shower/toilet for the other two bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a television, and there is free Wi-Fi. Shared use of the washing machine and tumble dryer on the first cellar floor. Direct access to the apartment, by lift or stairs, from the underground car park.

A deposit of one third of the total amount must be paid by no later than two weeks before the date of arrival.
Cancellation is free-of-charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. In the case of cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked apartment fee and 70% of the fee on cancellations made between 14 and 7 days prior to arrival. In the case of any cancellations made after this time or a delayed arrival/premature departure, 100% of the cost will be charged. Of course, we will make every effort to fill the apartment. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation from ELVIA if you do not already have your own private insurance.
